Guests included Ken Hamilton and Bill Bradberry. Topic of discussion was the need for racial equality and a more diversified balance in the Niagara Falls workforce. Also discussed was the need for the city to hire a full-time Diversity Coordinator or Training Expert.

    This was a great show...we need more open dialogue like this. I would like to see some of our NF Elected Officials on the show. The Mayor would be a good start. I have seen the City Council members on Niagara's Link but not on this Show. I have not seen Mayor Dyster on either. Has he been invited?

    Yes, the Mayor has been contacted to come on the show, however, he has never returned our phone call.
